Established
to provide local start-up companies and international biotechnology companies
with essential fixtures, equipment, technical and administrative support
at minimal cost during the early stage of their operation. The facility
was first set up in April 1996 with eight furnished laboratories of over
12,700 square foot in total. The Centre also provides shared equipment,
conference room, basic office equipment, and facility management service
to biotech-related start-up companies. Tenants are able to enjoy some for-fee
optional service like access right to library service and animal house,
liquid nitrogen delivery from the university. |
